I had a problem with an item I ordered.
The customer service was excellent.Couldn’t be more helpful,and was quick to resolve my issue.
Would definitely order again,due to the excellent customer service support they give.

Ordered double bird cage which unfortunately had some minor damage when it arrived . Made contact to report this and a replacement was sent out within 3 days . Excellent service !

A dishonest company. Ebay would now and then issue a discount code which people could use and get a better price. I purchased three Homcom electric fans, order no 19-09648-01048 date 31 January 2023 on ebay in good faith that I will get genuine 20% discount. Ebay item number 294051004645. What this company does they will inflate their prices by the discount amount and then advertise wrongly that customers will be getting the item at a discounted price. As soon as the discount code expires they will reduce their prices by that amount to bring the item down to its pre discount price. This is a foul practice and should not be carried on to deceive genuine customers like me who bought in a good faith that I was getting 20% discount.I will also report this to Ebay.

Order number: 203-1163240-3917909 Bought one of this companies polytunnels through Amazon. The thing didn't meet the specs as advertised. Stated UV protectant and anti-aging but the cover disintegrated in less than a year. Amazon don't want to help and Aosom just keep telling me to contact Amazon. The customer service has been terrible and shocked that they have a 4star rating. Outright refusing to fix a manufacturing or false advertising issue.

First time dealing with Aosom and it won't be my last. Shipping was very fast and arrived with no complaints. 5 * all the way . The chair is so cute love it and easy to assemble.

Disgraceful after sales service.
I bought 8 gazebos costing me £2000+
When I called to purchase 2 replacement covers that had worn at the pole end and torn in 6 months of purchase, they informed me that they don’t sell replacement covers and I would need to buy the whole gazebo again.

I purchased an office chair from them. The base (spokes of the wheels) cracked with me on it (some plastic-like material) after only 1 year. Lucky I didn't injure myself.
After reaching out the post-sale, there's only 6 months warranty (I guess why) and they denied any assistance even when I offered to just purchase a replacement of the base.
Getting this to citizen advice for reporting to trading standards commission. Hopefully they won't harm anyone else.

The worst chair, perhaps even the worst item I have ever owned. I bought the Recliner PU Leather Office Chair W/Footrest-Black in 2020. It almost immediately failed to provide any back support whatsover, with the angle of the chair permanently set to recline. I was told to submit pictures, but the emails to the address provided would not send. I have therefore persevered with this chair, buying a separate seat cushion to replace the one on the chair itself, which has now subsided to the point where the seat is just solid plastic. I have also purchased separate lumbar support, because the chair back is consistently about 45 degrees further back than I need it. I have never before owned anything so terrible, but not being flushed with cash I am unable to purchase a replacement. It is, truly, the worst chair.

Really terrible customer service.
I ordered an office chair and carpet protector chair mat. The £30 mat was poor quality, wouldn't stay flat, and was flimsy. It took 3 days for them to agree a refund and return. Originally offered me £4 and to keep the poor quality item. Which I didn't want. Their agreement email for a refund seemed like they were going to scan me out of a refund when they receive the item. I will update when processed.

I bought this shed in June 2022. It arrived with a broken back panel and seemed very flimsy. Aosom would not send a new panel or replace it, but gave me a small refund. By January 2023, the front door panel is warped and the boards are springing apart leaving it difficult to close. Aosom will not refund or exchange as out of the 6 month warranty period. I would never buy this product again

Update:

Customer service did contacted me and told me that I am out of 6 month warranty period and they will inly TRY as matter of Goodwill gesture to find the replacement part for me. Since then I have been waiting and sending them daily messages. I am sure it will not be a surprise but now they have stopped responding. I guess I have lost my money by buying their product. Just want to make the other buyers aware of the situation. Read all other reviews. Many people are in the same or similar boat.


Original review: Very cheap quality product. Water stays in the middle and because of the load the middle (rod) part of the gazebo has been broken. I have contacted the customer service twice but no response. I will need the middle part or a full refund.

I ordered a Ratan patio set which arrived within 3 days as stated. Unfortunately the glass table top was damaged in transit. I telephoned, the phone was answered immediately. A replacement was arranged which again arrived within 3 days. I was kept up to date throughout via email and when I spoke to them they were very helpful and friendly. I’d definitely recommend using them and I’ll be a returning customer.

I ordered a Homcom plush dark brown Rocking Horse from this company. I was a little dubious as the price was very reasonable.
The item arrived within a week & it was absolutely beautiful. It makes a a lovely trotting sound & a very cute neighing sound!
I would definitely look at buying from this company again.

Ordered a sideboard came quickly had a discount and free delivery. Very easy to put together all parts correct.
Liked it so much I have bought a chair from this company also.
Wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.
